Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized experience
- Understand our product and competitor productÂ
- Develop a well-rounded understanding of the automobile industry
- Stay up to date on product knowledgeÂ
- Provide service in a way that respects the guests' timeÂ
- Provide potential customers with detailed information, including comparing different competitive modelsÂ
- Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Maintain a customer databaseÂ
- Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for successful sales to be processed
- Maintain reporting structures, record sales, and update inventory on our CRM softwareÂ
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales targetsÂ
- Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional display
Skills/Qualifications
- Associate's degree or high school diplomaÂ
- Passionate about luxury and customer service
- Proven track record in motor vehicle sales preferred, but not required
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems a plus
