Lincoln SYNC and MyLincoln Touch

Lincoln SYNC 3 and SYNC with MyLincoln Touch are Lincoln Motor Company's two infotainment systems available across different models and with different capabilities. If you're looking to buy a new Lincoln, the availability of these two different systems on different vehicles may help you decide.

Lincoln SYNC 3 is an all-new system available on the Continental, MKC, and MKZ. Designed to let you stay connected and access entertainment features without having to take your eyes off the road, SYNC 3 utilizes voice commands and a responsive touchscreen for quick, easy commands. Featuring both Apple Car Play and Android Auto, SYNC 3 lets Apple device users access Siri Hands Free for the easiest phone syncing around.

The SYNC 3 color touchscreen is all about convenience, showing the most frequently used apps with large, clear icons so you can find the one you're looking for with a glance. Some screens also have pinch, swipe, and slide abilities if equipped with navigation. You can access climate controls and seat heating and cooling, the feature bar, settings, and more with SYNC 3.

The touchscreen also shows a status bar, which gives you the time, outside temperature, and indicators for available Wi-Fi networks, as well as tells you when you have a text message and more. Vehicles equipped with navigation will see a map on their homescreen, while unequipped vehicles will show audio and entertainment information.

SYNC with MyLincoln Touch is available on the MKZ, MKX, MKT, and Navigator. MyLincoln Touch offers fewer features than SYNC 3, but it still has voice controls, hands-free calling, a color touchscreen, and available navigation, among others. You can control a range of features with voice controls, from the climate to the radio, including SiriusXM. MyLincoln Touch lets you easily stream music from your device through Bluetooth and download your phonebook.
